Can I Replace My Optitron Instrument Cluster?

I hate the Optitron instrument cluster on my 2006 Matrix because the red on black is difficult to see - especially in bright daylight. Can I buy a different instrument cluster (for example, black needles and numbers on a white background) that could be installed by my local garage? Does anyone know of a reputable source? (so far I haven't been able to find anything by Googling).
