Aftermarket Parts For The 06 Matrix?

Now, I know the 2006 body style changed slightly from the previous models, but .. eh .. I can't seem to find ANY aftermarket parts for the 06.. *sigh*

Maybe I'm not looking at stuff right, or heck, maybe websites just haven't updated any info.. Regardless, I'm stuck.. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd like to go about the normal quickie mods.. Injen or TRD Cold Air Intake.. Front strut brace .. X3 headlights .. etc etc etc..

Does anyone have any listings or ideas as to where to find such items for my poor little 06?

Prison Break

Wow.. You know, it's amazing. When I first saw previews for Prison Break: Season One, I always thought 'hmm.. how in the world could they take a prison break and have it last more than one season?' ..

Well my friends, it's on Season Three.. and .. WOW .. After the season premiere, I'm .. shocked .. stunned.. all the above..

Eh, I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, but I'm just in a state of shock after that first episode..

All I can say after watching the end of the first episode of season three is .. "OMG.. Two bags??"

Enough said to those who watched it, huh?

Anyways.. Cheers to FOX for actually bringing out a kick a** show that lasted more than one season (I still miss Fastlane)

My Custom Sub Box Is In! And She's A Beaut!

All right, you guys can think I'm nuts all you want. But I finally got my fiberglass box finished up today. Yes, it's odd to have the two subs face to the other side of the vehicle, but the end result is a BEAUT!! The sound is insane (considering I haven't updated the head unit or speakers yet).

Running the two Diamond subs on a awesome Memphis amp, I'm now rolling around Northern Virginia with a more massive thump than I ever expected from these subs.

I can only imagine what the overall sound will be once I update everything else.. My gosh, the thump I'm getting right now is so clean and crisp, and it's blending perfectly with the highs from the stock (*cough-crap-cough*) speakers; I'm not sure if I can handle an update of sound all around!

But seriously.. What do you guys think?

Subs To Stock Unit?

I got a pretty good deal on getting two custom sub boxes built and installed in the cargo area of the Matrix. They start (and hopefully finish) on Monday. I was debating what new headunit to get to replace the 6-CD stock unit, but after looking over pricing, I'm a bit more limited on fund sources at the moment.

I was curious. Does anyone know if the subs can be hooked up to the stock unit? If so, what needs to be modified? If not...let me know now so I can figure out what system I need to get quickly :-D
