So I've decide that I want to switch from s-tech's to coilovers. Can yall post a pic of your 2nd gen and what coilovers they are on so that I can get a good idea! I really appreciated it!

Here's a pic of trixx from the Bay Area. I can't remember which kind he has though... maybe Ground Control coilover sleeves?

EDIT: Oh wait, his is an XRS though, not a base...

check my bragging rights thread for pics of my car, or my signature pic.

just get 09 corolla coilovers. direct fit, no moddifications. just buy it, install it, adjust height, done. :aacool:

coilovers would make your rims look so much better, you're basically almost my twin but in orange.

Simply click the button for the 09+ models in the Bragging Rights section for some examples.

There are also information in some of those threads where the person posted what coil overs were used and perhaps custom springs.

Thats the plan. I can get some Ksports on sale now for $870. Just curious, can you go lower in your sig pic if you wanted??

The fronts I can definitely can.. for rears, i think either my rear lower mounts were sized or something but couldn't go lower, but could lower more if i did it the ghetto way by lowering the spring part.

for my current setup on BC racing, i'm even lower than my sig pic... if you can check http://www.jmautorac...rs-p-55518.html if they still hve the sale ::: http://www.jmautorac...r-sale-i-9.html applicable, it should be like 918.99 shipped to your door with custom spring rates. I recommend this if it's just like 50 dollars more. it's the same setup i'm using. fully adjustable, and the fronts actually have factory brake line mounts and end link mount together unlike ksports (the ones i had at least)

i might go another centimeter lower in rear(maxed out) and leave the fronts because i dont want to rub and destroy my VSS wire again.

nice, you'll prob be the 3rd person with BC's. me and kevin have them. you'll love them, i'm still not sure what to set the dampening to though.. so i left it at factory 22 clicks from soft front and rear. was surprisingly smooth ride with 5 people in the car.. i'm sure the roads down in florida much better than here in texas

Yeah the roads arent too bad where I live. The guy said he was going to set them up for me, something like a 5 in the front and a 6 in the back or vice versa. I just told him that its for street use and going to be slammed.
