So when I bought this wideband setup and didn't get a gauge with it. Thinking...No problem I could buy one later.....WRONG.

Anyway here's the set up for the AEM Inline Wideband UEGO Controller 30-2310 using a Auber Instruments SYL-1813 gauge. e-bay link http://www.ebay.com/...776228052238433 . Auber Instruments link http://www.auberins.com/ . The e-bay PDF for the LC-1 Wideband is a good reference.

Connections on the SYL-1813 are: +12V on #1, GND on #2 then jumper to #6, AEM UEGO White Wire on #9, AEM Brown Wire on #6 (yes you will have 2 wires on #6). Of course the AEM Wideband needs to be connected to it's own 12V on the Red wire and GND on the Black wire. It's similar to the Innovate LC-1 Wideband except for the jumper from #2 to #6.

Variations are to put the AEM Brown wire to power ground (or frame ground) but will still need a jumper #2 to #6. The AEM brown wire won't need to be connected to the SYL-1813.

The Set Up parameters are the same as the Innovate LC-1 Wideband AFR except the PuL = 7.31 and PuH = 19.19. You may also want to fuss the alarm setting on the SYL-1813.

The SYL-1813 would have several applications and seems to be a very flexible device that has MANY applications with car sensors (and different LED colors). The only thing I would like to see it adapted to a common round gauge size.

This is why they sell 2 different versions. The inline works well with the FIC to log it thru that and the regular UEGO comes with a gauge. Notice the inline is a bit cheaper :)

My thought when buying the inline is that I could go back and buy a gauge. But AEM doesn't offer one and after doing a lot of searching I came up with this. Almost all the car electronic gauges are nothing more than voltmeters with certain scales either for pressure, temp, fuel level and in this case AFR
