Well if you haven't realized how s*** eGay LED lights are here is a great reason. Granted, I knew it would be BAD but... This bad? Wow... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...

Note: Left one broke off while twisting it on. Right one the cover to the back disintegrated while twisting on (had glued it back on).

I'm sure you can get your money back, eBay is pretty strict about situations like this and that's why they have their 'eBay buyer's protection program'. Message the seller first and explain to him/her what happened, and see if they'll either offer an exchange for a new set or give you a refund. If the two of you can't come to an agreement then file a case against the seller through the program. As long as you have proof that the item is defective, (which obviously you've posted pictures of it) I don't see why your problem wouldn't be resolved.

Let it be known, I've bought plenty of parts from eBay without a problem. And if they're is a problem and I'm in the right, it always gets resolved.

Wow, it's true what they say, "You get what you paid for". Hope you get refunded for those, if seller doesn't want to dispute that sh*t!

The Matrix has eBay H.I.Ds, no problems there. Both fogs and low beams. My Chevy truck has eBay lights also, and I've had license plate L.E.Ds on my bimmer for about a week now. Maybe I've been getting lucky?

Vled and Oznium are great, quality control is there and great products but just a lot more than what I would spend on LED's.

When I had my Matrix, 100% of my LEDs came from V-LEDs. I never found his shipping to be bad, and I was on a first name basis with the owner when I ordered the wrong parts, and had to send them back, and got replacements, etc. Fantastic customer service, and awesome products. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Keep the thread updated and I guarantee you you'll get your money back.

BTW, did you e-mail him through your personal e-mail? Or did you use the messaging system through eBay? Any conversation you make with the seller has to be done through eBay otherwise the protection program won't validate it.

I'm too embarrassed to say... $28

In my defense, vLED messed up my order and I didn't want to pay THAT much since I was using them in my high beams as DRLs. I didn't need them THAT bright.

I have went through the ebay protection program several times and sometimes even without messaging the seller and still got a refund. When the people are clearly at fault, ebay notices, at least in my experiences.
Current Mods
Custom magnaflow exhaust, TRD front upper strut bar, H1 UR Retrofitted Projectors with Apollo shrouds 5K, 6K HID Fogs, Cupholder LED's, Underseat LED bars, 5% tints in rear windows, 17"x7.5 Ikon rims and Canuck lowering springs w/ stock struts.
