[Vipfreak]

Did a bunch of stuff Wednesday, but felt like there was no pay off...


Coated the chins with Rubber undercoating and plastic dip over it. Don't really like it but, no choice now. lol...



Finally got the nerve to add the TRD badge, hate it and feels off... I'll probably take it off.



Alt Fogs put in with clear protective overlay, Redid License plate bracket (still hate it), cleaned headlights, put UV coating on, and added Hydro shield to the CAI.




Lastly... Started Fog light break down project. Goal to retrofit or reduce glare. Polycarbonate or Acrylic for replacement lens.

Man you guys are busy!! lol

Not dealing with the car, but last night I drove her to Best Buy and bought myself a new pair of Turtle Beach headphones!! Soooo pumped, Forza and Call of Duty sound soooo much better.

Hoping to wash my Haley tomorrow afternoon. Been reading up alot on TRUE detailing since I wanna do it on the side. Kind of excited to get this season going!!.

Came out to discover Trixie had been involved in a hit n' run. So depressed right now, needs about 1000 dollars to fix it. 6 Inch long crease/dent in rear quarter where the bumper meets. Paint is all cracked and chipped in wheel well, and where the plastic bumper rubs the metal. $500 deductible is a b****.

Damn!! Sorry to hear that man. It seems like half the stuff on this thread is accidents! Sheesh. At least you aren't paying for the full work and only the deductible though right, some light at the end of the tunnel? Yes? No?

Eek... That sucks dOOd. I hope everything goes well in getting it fixed. People don't have respect anymore for other people's stuff. I wonder if the same thing will happen while my car is sitting parked in front of my house too...

Everyone puts the TRD on the left side. Is that where it belongs I placed mine exactly where the matrix badge was and it looks more natural. Maybe you could try that.

Dude, DO IT. The ones I got were only $40, not the insane $200. And the sound quality is amazing!. I literally heard flies buzzing around on certain Call of Duty maps!! lol. So worth the investment, if you play often enough anyways.

^Nah, don't play much and don't do multiplayer. Although, it would be nice since my gaming is late nite if anything after I get off work.

how hard was it to remove the glass?.. if you wanted to, could you use the same glass and re-seal it? or is it shot once removed, i saw some HUGE Lexus (90's GS?) projectors that may be the same size as our stock ones, i might pick them up so test fit and go from there, GL and keep us updated.

Edit: i think the only problem i see with the Projectors would be the Flat top of our oem fogs :/

It wasn't MW3...It was Call of Duty Black Ops =( AND sadly I don't have MW3 yet...prolly going to pick up both this weekend...and Battlefield 3 after that...

MW3 and black ops are pretty much the same thing, well to me atleast. Don't get the point in buying the same game over again just for a "little" more content for multiplayer.

Just so you know, you don't need a spring compressor if you going to lower your car.

I had pics on here once, where the perch and the strut/shock from OEM height popped out about less than 2 feet when matrixmanvvtl_i installed the Eibach Sportlines for me a few years ago.







You really do NEED a spring compressor if you are going from a lowered height to OEM or more elevated height.
