Typically, I'm not a TV person. But I will be glued to the seat if there's something interesting on TV while visiting friends. I like eating burgers too (just not as extreme as my friend). After watching the Great Food Truck Race on the Food Network, it became obvious that I would like to try "Grill em All", a food truck based in Los Angeles. They were the winner of the show and their burgers are quite different from the norm. So I planned trying "Grill em All" as the climax of the trip.
They were stationed at Verdugo Bar (near Glendale, still considered LA for that very place) the night we went. I wasn't expecting they parked inside the bar, so everyone needs to show ID. Not a problem.

Not everything is listed on their "Menu" Section of their website, but the key entrees are there.

Don't expect too much as the pics came out of iPhone
The friend I brought along ordered a "Waste em All"

My "American Food" friend ordered a Whit-te

Needless to say, I just have to go for their signature "Behemoth". I'm told by them this gets sold quickly and also the most expensive.

They all come with 1/3 pound patties. Let's see how it looks like when being munched down a bit
The "Waste em All" looks good here.

Same thing for the "Whit-te"

Don't let the Behemoth fool you. It came out surprisingly clean comparing to a Rocket Double from Johnny Rockets, which used to be my favorite until they change the meat supplier. I had to be really careful not to drip on my pants while eating a Rocket Double.

There is not enough light to look at our burgers while eating, but our patties are no doubt juicy and taste great. I simply love the patty since it has the kind of bite feel I loved from the Johnny Rocket's hamburger patty, but way better. The Behemoth feels like you're swimming in a pool of grilled onions that is not very easy to get to the patty (the buns are actually grilled chesse sandwich). Quite an experience, unique and I loved it.
Since I won't be able to eat again for a long time, I just have to try something else. So I picked the "Molly Hatchet" just not to eat the same thing my friend ate. My "American Food" friend just simply want to have a picture of the burger this way.

I'm pretty sure most of us like eating Lemon Chicken or Sweet+Soul Pork because of the dangy taste. Once I had my first bite, I was like "OMG, it's awesome". It's sweet, but not super strong Teriyaki Sauce kind of sweet. Taste great and tangy that I just couldn't stop for a mid-burger picture lol. I wish I can have another one, but I decided to save it for my next visit.
I'm so glad that I drove all the way down there from SF Bay Area with my friends to try this awesome Food Truck and they really loved it. You guys should go give it a try.
