Hi guys,

have been reading for a while n thought i would join and say hello as i have gotten many ideas from here as well as nc.org

I'll add a few pics and vids on how the ride came together.

Below is where it stands today..... yes the dyno operator backed off and we could have cracked 250kw (337HP) maybe 255kw (344HP) @ wheels but because this was in a dyno comp and that was my 2nd run i couldnt get any more runs :clapping: oh well

Short clip on the dyno - 1 min

Full clip on the dyno - 4 min

Thanks guys .... yep posting from all the way down under in Australia ..... was lurking around for a bit doing my research since the 2zz F/I scene is not so big in australia.

Nice to see all those numbers.

Is that on a GT28RS or the 71R?

Its a GT2871R

LOL ...... not quiet ..... it was for insurance purposes to prove that the car i was insuring had all the work done to it. As the insurance company didnt have a branch in my state for vehicle inspections. Plus i couldnt resist with the headlines on the morning paper .... lol .... i mean who wouldnt find it funny that "prime minster bones minister" is on the front page of one of the biggest papers in australia .... lol

Regarding the crank ... nope its still the 2zz crank .... however we werent happy with how it was all rough and had some hot spots on it so we gave it a polish and wen the engine was @ the engine builders everything was balanced again.

wow that looks hella nice! :clapping:
