Hey all.
I've got an 03' xrs with about 40K miles and I was just checking things out around the wheel wells.. On the rear drivers side, I noticed the plastic shield right bellow to gas spout was not fitting like it should.. The rear of it hangs a good 5 inches from the top of the well..
None the less this is a perfect spot to collect dirt... I gave it a shake and about 1/2 pound of road dirt came out..
I took it to Toyota today and they said it was fine.. Now I looked at some 05's and their shields were nicely tucked under the contour of the well..(also, looks like it was slightly diff. than the 03's)
Can some fellow 03's check theirs and tell me how theirs is fitting?
Thanks.

If it's the same thing I'm thinking of, mine does that too, '03
I usually hose out a good amount of dirt on wash day

oooohhhh it's a little pocket, that's normal, it's the same on my wife's minivan, exactly. So it's normal man don't sweat it, like you did hose it out, winter and summer.
