oh ok, sounds like some quality work there! not sure what would be causing the hard engine idle? bad motor mount? or someone left a tool under the hood?

Yea the invoice says they replaced the fan belt and the belt tensioner. thats pretty much it. But the parts look new. it idles at about 750-800. which should be normal considering we called a toyota tech on the last SD meet.
they replace the fan belt, huh? i never knew we had a fan belt, always thought we had an electric fan.

Hey CJ. i believe that the idle is sitting too low. Why? Cause when i brake its fine but as i wait for the light to turn green its slowly climbs lower (the RPM) and starts to idle rougher....

well it sits at 900 and its fine...then after a few seconds sits at about 850 or so and it begins to idle hard. BUMP!!!
