whats the difference overall?

true story. I love my borla, but i refuse to go resonator-less. No wonder it sounds so loud now with your obx fartcan and no res. Got Rice? |

My Borla seems loud under load, say going up a hill pulling my waverunner or a full load of people but not too bad under normal conditions.

i'm running a full custom magnaflow cat back with a stubby high flow cat and a glass pack resonator. it's pretty damn loud and seems to belch a little fire from time to time. honestly it kinda sounds like a modded hayabusa

i would choose borla given with my previous experience with them on my previous car, (gmc jimmy)
even though i have a custom magnaflow on my xr and i love it, my first choice would've been borla but i still want to sound deaden my car, i just feel its still loud, but you can still hold a conversation with the people in the back and the exhaust going. |

i have a magnaflow custom but still kept the resonator and it sounds a little bit deeper but not ricey tho
